Skincare for Face (saving mode)

Some people born with such good genes that their faces healthier, prettier, troubled-free.
Some people meticulously nurture their skin and face therefore become healthy and stay healthy.

But nowadays for ordinary people like us (yeah, 'us), must deal with many limitations, so don't mention about budget allocation for skincare, as daily stress has already seemed so take much efforts to overcome them.

So here the simple tips for 'healthy face', not meaning you will get troubled-free face, just a so-so tips that presumably might help ...

1. never touch your face, use clean facial tissue or only touch it when you're washing face using facial foam.
2. make sure you have a clean hair, tied it or else, don't let it cover your face since the traces of dirt might stay on your face.
3. clean your bed, replace your sheet, blanket, pillow, and such. make sure you also have a clean and enough vent bedroom.
4. avoid sunlight, not meaning you gonna become a vampire, just avoid it especially a direct one.
5. less stay in hot / humid room, better in air-conditioned room, but best is in comfortable room...
6. clean your face at least 2 times a day with proper and quality facial foam.
7. moisturize face, also with proper and quality moisturizer.
8. drink plenty of plain water, better warm, avoid cold.
9. eat more and lots of fruits and vegetables; less meat, oily, starchy, high GI foods, sugary, sweetened, salty, preservatives, spicy, and such ... in other words, be simple but healthy in your foods and drinks.
10. drink green tea, turmeric tea, lemon water.

In case acne / pimples pop up :
1. don't touch it ! no matter how itchy it is. better use a clean facial tissue to gently tap on it if you can't resist the itch.
2. use trusted / recommended acne solution, i use acnol (local brand) which contains alcohol, triclosan, as well as salycid acid. this is no miracle but help a lot to prevent acne / pimple become BIG and extremely red.
3. be sure to keep your skin moisturize as well, oily face has nothing to do with moisturized face, so you will still need to be moisturized.
4. Less chemical onto your skin/face. Minimize make up if possible.

What caused acne ?
1. Most common sense, hormones. To make it simple, it "simple and natural" foods that won't add your body to produce more hormones.
2. Dirty. Because it's oily, the dirt stuck and you got inflammation. Wash clean, but don't too often it might make your skin extremely dried and worsen acne.
3. Traces of make up. I don't believe there is a facial foam that claimed could act as make up cleanser as well no matter how they boast it. For me i still use milk cleanser and toner before washing face with facial foam, then rinse it with clean water or tap it with toner-wet cotton, before applying moisturizer.

Recommended products :
This is from my picks only, result might be different to each people~
I'm not use mask sheets regularly, only when feel it needs to.

1. Acnol Lotion (cheap and all worth the result !)
2. Innisfree Jejubija Facial Foam / Etude House Baking Powder Foam for BB Cream
3. Laneige Pore Deep Cleansing / Laneige Multi Cleanser
4. Laneige Water Bank Cream (Really a good moisturizer!)
5. Laneige Water Sleeping Pack
6. Leaders Step Solution Tea Tree Oil
7. Leaders Insolution Melatox
8. Dr Jart VitaLaser 2.1 (seldom, it's expensive like hell but kinda worthy)
9 Dr. Jart Ceramidin Cream (seldom, it's expensive like hell and sooo precious. LOL)

Right now I'm still dealing with acne that "re-shown" from 2 years ago. What a terrible repeat.

How about aging ?
I surrender. Aging is a must for a living thing.

Well, stay away from stress, don't be too burden your mind with silly / trivial / not necessary thing.
Be focus, sincere, honest, happy, positive thinking, avoid bad .annoying people, eat healthy foods, and such ...
