Acne Diary pt. 4

Acne Prone Skin Notes :

Using now (morning):
1. Innisfree Jejubija Cleansing Foam --> it is poor in removing make up, but good enough for removing oily/sebum/dirty face without leaving it dry.
2. Innisfree Jejubija Skin (Toner) --> this one seems to be a wasted product if only use it alone, but it's another story if you also combine it another acne-fighting products
3. Mentholatum Acnes Point Clear --> even it's said for minimize pore, increase skin elasticity, and lighten skin, it's somehow works for me in treating new redness / pimples as well. So, well, with its only 9ml, it only last 2 weeks for me.
4. Innisfree Jejubija Essence R --> this one is very good treating new redness only, so as soon as you got the redness (without bumpy or while it's still small and only redness)
5. Clean and Clear Active Speed Clearing Gel --> thou it depends on the 'type' of the pimples, some failed to become bigger and slowly disappearing after applying it for 1-2 days. but some grows bigger, but somehow it heals a bit faster than leave it alone or using another brand. So, yes, I will still repurchase this.
6. Dr Jart V7 Vitalaser2.1 --> said to erase dark spots, it works a little bit faster than my previous Acnes Spot Care. If you compare the price that almost 30 times higher, it should be not just "a little bit faster" ... but the thing i like from this product, it seems also prevent your skin from producing abundant pimples. I still got that new pimples, but not as crazy as before. Used to have 6 new pimples in 3-6 days, but now 3 pimples in a week. Quite effective, hopefully.

Acne Diary Pt. 3

Read on google some people took zinc supplement and it work on them but some didnt.
So I bought zinc supplement from nature's plus which called cal/mag/zinc supplement. The zinc is 18.75 mg which means I should take 2 tablets if to fulfil the recommended dosage for acne 30 mg. Daily value should be 8 mg - 20 mg.
I did take it daily for three days but then stopped it because I didnt see any improvements but well, might continue eat it again tonight.
They also said vit E might be helpful and maximum dosage 400 IU daily, which some doctors considered 125 IU has already more than enough. I dont really want to consume this daily, may be twice a week or once a week.

One of my friend suggested me to do fruit detox, I tried it but on second day I fell ill.
Fruit detox is when you only eat fruits a whole day. Too bad it cost me too high, unaffordable since fruits are expensive these days. More over, fruit detox need a lot of fruits and varieties, which is hard for me.

On first day I drink lemon water, eat kiwi, guava, papaya, dragon fruit, carrott, as well as navel and apple.
On second day the menu was the same like the first day minus carrot but included jicama. On the afternoon I feel I would faint and quickly eat some vegetables (stir-fry with oil and MSG, bought from a canteen) and Patpoles medicine.

I did notice my pimples dried and no longer red on the first day. It's just this kind of detox would only kill me. Reminds me of Siddhartha's six torturing years before He gained enlightenment.

So today I have a cup of thick quaker and a whole of guava and apple for breakfast. My snack is half-boiled broccoli. Lunch is a soup of carrot, silkgourd, cilantro, and tofu. Without oil, even olive oil.
But I guess it's spoiled a little since today is my brother birthday so I eat a little bit of fried noodles. A very little portion.

Of course, this morning I notice pimples become kinda red again.

Acne part 2

So, I'm still dealing with acne.
Pimples still won't dried up. They did, but the next days turned red again and so on.

I have avoided spicy foods.
Read on google should also avoid salty and iodine rich foods.

Fine. Will do that.

I also have avoided soya, beans, and suchs, including eggs.
Also have eaten many fruits....guess need more.

Jeez...those vegetables and fruits are expensive these days.

[Review] Acne Solutions ?

Since April I've got problems with acnes. Previously my skin was pretty smooth until I tried some skincares and cosmetics ... Reget, I'm dealing with acnes using these stuffs. Already months and see no significant cures. Should I see a doctor ?

Order of use :

Innisfree Anti Trouble Jejubija Cleansing Foam
Pinewood smell is fresh but somehow reminds me of my mom's floor-detergent. First apply has a sense of -warm- and than turns bit cooling.
Might be repurchase.

Previously I'd used Mentholatum Acness Creamy Wash 2 tubes but stop it since acnes still pop out ...

Innisfree Anti Trouble Jejubija Skin
After washing face I apply this toner on cotton pad. Also smells pine-wood and has a bit cooling sensation after apply.
Might be repurchase.

Mentholatum Acnes Point Clear
To be honest I like this roll on type acne control. Claimed to reduce new red pimples and after-care. It cannot cure spots but really calms your new red pimples.
Will repurchase.

Innisfree Anti Trouble Essence W
It can really cures your unsoothe or bumpy face ... but too slow.
Might be repurchase.

Innisfree Anti Trouble Essence R
Effective for new red pimples, but somehow it sometimes leaves you scars (black spots).
Might be repurhcase.

Mentholatum Acnes Spot Care
Claimed to erase dark spots after acnes but I also can't find it can help you for that.
Will not repurchase.
